The womb was viewed as an important command center that heavily influenced the overall health and wellness of womxn.

The womb has long been recognized as far more than simply a reproductive organ. It is the center of intuition, wisdom, and creative power for womxn. This is why womb healing is such a fundamental element to reconnecting with our Divine Feminine essence. Without a strong, meaningful connection to our wombs, we are cut off from our deepest sense of inner knowing and bodily autonomy.   • Become aware of your womb

In today’s patriarchal and fast moving society, it is very rare that we take the time to focus our attention on our womb. All of us lead busy lives, but even taking just a few minutes a day to bring your awareness to your womb will begin to create a meaningful connection to this sacred area within.


  • Release shame

It is very common to find internal resistance towards engaging in womb work. We live in a global society that has taught women to hide the inner workings of their womb cycles. There can be a lot of subconscious shame, embarrassment, and discomfort around connecting with our womb and sexuality. Womb connection provides a lovely opportunity to dig deep into the internalized shame that we may be carrying. Be gentle and kind with yourself while doing this important work.


  • Dedicate time daily

It’s important to be consistent with ourselves, especially when we first begin connecting with our wombs. Dedicating time each day, even if it’s only five minutes, to connecting with our womb can have a drastic effect on our healing journey. Set time to hold space for yourself. Your inner womb wisdom is just waiting to unfold.
