Includes a one hour, 1 to 1 session to discuss topics that may include holistic hormone health, period pain management, divine feminine embodiment, womb healing techniques, sacred sexuality, cycle syncing and tracking, and any specific questions you may have.

This is a wonderful opportunity to receive support and guidance on an individual basis. Individual sessions are available in-person and online.  

Come together in sisterhood for an opportunity to learn, grow, and share in community. Group event facilitation can include yoni gazing, sacred rage ceremonies, body literacy education, menstrual cycle awareness, yoga and more! 

Group facilitation is a great opportunity to gather with likeminded women and share in common experience. This offering is available in-person and online. 

These classes can be held in-person and/or virtually and are designed to honor the feminine qualities of fluidity, surrender, fierceness, self expression, receptivity, and joy. Classes begin with a simple grounding practice, followed by some gentle movement and stretching, and will close with a guided womb connection meditation.

Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the practitioner can channel healing energy into the patient by means of physical and non physical energy work. Womb reiki brings divine light into the womb space, whether or not you have a physical womb. In this way we can begin to clear accumulated unwanted energy, ease physical symptoms, restore vitality, and remember that the womb is a place of pleasure and creative power.
